As a licensed massage therapist, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care to individuals with chronic pain, medical conditions, and relaxation to my clients. I have over 15 years of experience in massage. I am trained in a wide range of therapeutic massage including, Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal and cupping.  My goal is to help my clients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall well-being."

I am a licensed nail tech! I was born in Fort Collins CO and spent my childhood years between Colorado and Southern California. I spent the last three years in Arkansas but am glad to be home. I have an 18 month old mini me and she is THE cutest. Family is very important to me. I love spending time outdoors and catching a tan while being active and having fun. I am passionate about wh I do and look forward to getting to know all of you!
